Provide operational support and incident resolution for enterprise network security infrastructure including firewalls, proxies, load balancers, VMware, and Cisco FMC.
Manage L2/L3 escalations, change implementation, vulnerability remediation, and service restoration ensuring high availability and customer-facing security service continuity.
Maintain operational documentation, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous service improvements and operational resilience.
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years experience in network security operations, managed security services, or enterprise infrastructure support.
Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Cisco, F5, Clavister, NetGuard, Symantec/Broadcom Proxy, and VMware environments.
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent practical experience.
ITIL Foundation certification or demonstrated knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, change, and request management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multi-vendor large-scale network security environments with operational and incident management focus.
Strong technical expertise in enterprise firewall/security policy management, F5 load balancer operations, proxy/web security, and Cisco FMC.
Able to manage complex operational changes, communicate effectively across stakeholders, and maintain service stability in 24x7 managed services or global delivery environments.
