Logistics Executive

Manage end-to-end logistics operations including order processing, dispatch coordination, shipment tracking, and delivery management.

Coordinate with sellers, distributors, transporters, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries to retailers.

Maintain accurate logistics documentation and reporting to support operational efficiency and cost management.

Graduate in any discipline; logistics, supply chain, or operations diploma/degree preferred.

1–4 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or supply chain coordination.

Basic knowledge of order fulfilment, transportation, warehouse coordination, inventory movement, and logistics documentation (invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, proof of delivery).

Proficient in MS Excel and email communication; experience with ERP or logistics platforms is an advantage.

Experienced in B2B commerce, e-commerce, distribution, FMCG, or retail logistics operations.

Capable of handling multiple orders and shipments simultaneously with strong coordination and follow-up approach.

Detail-oriented and organized professional focused on accurate records, timely issue resolution, and cost-effective logistics management.
