Own calibration development projects for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) with responsibility for application and calibration on test tracks.
Lead system integration and validation tests, including parameter setting and system release tests on bench, lab, and vehicles.
Collaborate with customers and development partners (system, hardware, software, CAD) to support technical discussions, requirements analysis, and test planning.
Minimum Requirements
Degree: B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Mechatronics.
Experience: Must have experience in calibration development projects in ADAS or powertrain calibration including torque-based control systems.
Technical Skills: Proficient with calibration and modelling tools (e.g., INCA, ETAS Tools, Matlab Simulink) and calibration data management (iCDM & vCDM).
Driving Skills: Excellent driving and maneuvering skills for passenger cars.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in engine management system development, powertrain systems, and vehicle drivability calibration with strong technical leadership capability.
Ability to handle large data volumes using analytical software and apply statistical testing techniques such as Design of Experiments (DoE).
Comfortable working across multiple domains including modelling, simulation, combustion processes, emissions, and flexible to travel when required.
