Lead development and execution of automated regression, integration, and system-level tests for autonomy software quality across simulated and real-world mission environments.
Design, implement, and maintain simulation-based test frameworks and tools for Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), and Vehicle-in-the-Loop (VIL) testing.
Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, reproduce, diagnose software issues, and integrate test coverage into the CI/CD pipeline.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 2-4 years with a Master’s degree, or 2 years with a PhD, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Experience in robotics, small UAS, or related hands-on engineering projects.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years as outlined by degree equivalencies in the JD.

Experienced in autonomous systems testing, particularly in simulation-driven environments and autonomy software validation.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams involving software, hardware, and mechanical engineering.
