Minimum Requirements
7+ years experience in software sub-system scheduling/integration, behavior planning, motion planning, or flight controls.
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Aerospace, Electrical, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in production-level C++ software development.
Experience with collaborative software development tools (version control, issue tracking, code reviews).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing full software project lifecycles from concept to deployment.
Strong ability to act as technical owner for entire software systems including requirements, roadmap, and stakeholder management.
Experience bridging research concepts to operational systems and working with mission systems integration including flight demonstrations.
