4-7 years of software development experience with a focus on platform or service engineering.
Competent in Java or Python, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), software engineering best practices, and production system support including on-call rotations.
Ability to work UK hours for 24/7 operations support across multiple global trading hubs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and delivering complex software systems end-to-end including security, privacy, and production supervision.
Skilled with cloud infrastructure services and large-scale distributed production systems, able to resolve platform-related issues efficiently.
Familiar with Java, Spring, RedHat OpenShift, AMQ, containers, and DevOps practices in a distributed global environment.
