Senior Data Analyst - R&D Portfolio Data Strategy & Insights

Manage and maintain the infrastructure of reporting data, operations data, and management information systems ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports and dashboards.

Standardize and document data semantics and KPI definitions across functions to align with enterprise standards and support AI-ready data principles.

Collaborate with Master Data Management and Digital Portfolio teams to ensure data quality, support system migrations, and maintain workflow integration.

3-5 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or business intelligence with exposure to reporting systems and operations data.

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or related field.

Proficiency in SQL, Planisware, Snowflake, Informatica, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Strong understanding of data governance, master data management (MDM), semantic layers, KPI management, and AI-ready data concepts.

Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with technical and business stakeholders in diverse, geographically distributed teams.

Comfortable translating complex technical data into clear insights and identifying needs for data harmonization across systems.

Skilled in managing data infrastructure for portfolio reporting in a dynamic R&D environment with an orientation towards digital transformation and AI integration.
