Perform Record to Report (R2R) activities for global entities (US, EAME, APAC) in accordance with standard processes from Bangalore COE.
Maintain financial records per GAAP and organizational standards, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Adhere to internal controls and support special projects and ad hoc financial reporting as needed.
Minimum Requirements
Accounting degree or equivalent qualification required; professional certification from CA/CMA/US CPA/CMA preferred.
2-3 years of relevant experience in captive accounting service centres or large corporates in manufacturing or service sectors.
Basic knowledge of multiple ERPs and accounting tools, data analytics, and business/accounting issues understanding.
Flexibility to work in multiple shifts covering APAC, EAME, and US time zones, based in Whitefield, Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global finance operations within shared services or captive centers supporting diverse geographies (US, EAME, APAC).
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in financial record keeping and reporting according to GAAP.
Capable of managing multiple priorities and shifts, working in structured processes and adhering to internal controls.
