Execute end-to-end Record-to-Report processes including general ledger accounting, month-end and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and global accounting policies within a shared services global finance environment.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
At least 7+ years of experience in General Ledger teams within a Shared Services setup.
Strong knowledge of GAAP; IFRS knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Work Experience Required: Minimum 7+ years in GL accounting roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling comprehensive GL accounting activities including accruals, provisions, fixed asset accounting, and forex revaluations at scale in shared services.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple closing tasks under pressure during month and quarter ends.
Capable of driving process improvements and automation within financial accounting processes in a global finance environment.
