Monitor and maintain BMS servers, workstations, applications, and field controller communications using protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, LON, OPC.
Manage OT IP inventory and network records, coordinate with IT and Cybersecurity on vulnerabilities, audits, and vulnerability assessments.
Conduct backups, support disaster recovery drills, manage patching and upgrades, and produce operational health and incident reports.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in BMS/IBMS IT infrastructure, building automation or OT/IT support in commercial, IT-park, or critical-facility environments.
Experience with SCADA, PLC, and industrial control systems.
On-site location requirement in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing building management and industrial control system architectures with strong operational accountability for server and database management.
Skilled in cybersecurity collaboration specifically concerning OT vulnerabilities and compliance standards in critical facilities.
Capable of handling system backups, recovery, patch management, and producing detailed monitoring and status reports on system health and incidents.
