Supervise team and manage resources for asset management operations.
Analyze and benchmark energy, water, HVAC, UPS, solar, data center, STP/WTP, and utility assets across multiple locations.
Build and maintain PAN India scorecards and reports to track improvements, savings realization, and compliance against benchmarks.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Building Science, or Data Analytics (B.E) mandatory.
5-8 years of experience in FM asset management, campus management, energy analytics, building performance or demonstrated root cause analysis and benchmarking work across HVAC, electrical and utility assets.
Technical skills required: Energy Analytics, Energy Modeling, AWS, Azure IoT, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, PropTech/BMS data tools.
Work location strictly on-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in campus-wide or multi-location asset management with capability to lead analytics and team supervision.
Strong proficiency in energy and utility asset performance benchmarking and root cause analysis with measurable outcome tracking.
Comfortable working with diverse data tools and building integrated scorecards and dashboards for performance management.
