Minimum Requirements
8+ years experience in embedded firmware or wireless software development.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong proficiency in C/C++ for real-time embedded systems including Bluetooth Classic and BLE audio profiles.
Experience with wireless coexistence (CoEx), multi-protocol embedded systems, and debugging resource-constrained, performance-sensitive software.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering embedded Bluetooth firmware projects from design through release in fast-paced, iterative environments.
Deep technical expertise in Bluetooth audio-related profiles and controller concepts, capable of independent technical leadership and problem-solving.
Familiarity with modern development practices including use of AI-assisted tools and automation to enhance productivity and code quality.
