Provide comprehensive technical support and training for UPS and Power Distribution Units, collaborating closely with Sales and hyperscale customers.
Assist Sales in pre-sales activities including proposal, quote, and tender preparation aligned with customer requirements.
Develop customized UPS and Power Distribution solutions when standard products don't meet unique customer needs, ensuring feasibility and cost effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
5 to 10 years of experience in UPS, Batteries, and Data Centers.
Fluent English and Italian language skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in critical power products (UPS, battery storage, Data Center and electrical infrastructure solutions).
Strong technical expertise combined with ability to engage customers and consultants as a technical expert in presales contexts.
Capable of collaborating across internal teams (Product Management, Sales) and external suppliers for integrated solution development.
