Develop and enforce governance frameworks, standards, and operational policies to optimize platform security, compliance, storage, and user lifecycle management at enterprise scale (10,000+ users).
Drive automation initiatives using Power Automate, Azure Functions, and integrations to improve operational efficiency and deliver executive reporting on platform health and adoption.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, information systems, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
8+ years of Microsoft platform architecture experience; 5+ years administering and architecting Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions.
Experience supporting large enterprise environments (10,000+ users) and leading enterprise-wide governance initiatives.
Technical expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, Azure PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API.

Experienced architect with deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies and governance in complex global organizations.
Proven ability to design scalable, secure, compliant collaboration solutions and lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement including security, risk, and vendor teams.
Strong track record of implementing automation and operational frameworks that improve service delivery, reduce risks, and optimize costs in large enterprise settings.
