Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Based in Bangalore, India with availability to work the dedicated EMEA shift.
3+ years of professional experience managing programmatic or DSP campaigns.
Hands-on experience with demand-side platforms (e.g., Yahoo DSP, DV360, The Trade Desk) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations servicing EMEA or similar regions with cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical skills with aptitude in AI analytics, generative AI tools, and technical ad tech platforms.
Comfortable managing complex, multi-priority digital advertising operations with a focus on data-driven client recommendations and platform enablement.
