Senior Manager, Rights Management

Lead management and accurate entry of content rights details into the Rightsline system across distribution channels including SVOD, digital manga, theatrical, and home video.

Establish and maintain operating models, standards, validation rules, and workflows to ensure correct rights exploitation and auditability, collaborating closely with Business Affairs, Content Acquisition, Deal Management, Scheduling, and technology teams.

Manage and lead a globally distributed Rights Management team, including setting up time-zone coverage, accountability, and workflow processes to sustain operational success.

8+ years of experience leading teams in rights or contract management within media and entertainment.

Proficiency with Rightsline system and strong understanding of contract language and rights data flows.

Experience working cross-functionally with legal, acquisition, deal management, and scheduling teams.

Work Experience Required: 8+ years in a relevant leadership role in rights/contract management.

Experienced leader capable of driving strategic initiatives and converting ambiguous concepts into operational plans.

Strong collaboration skills to influence multiple internal stakeholders and partner teams.

Background in streaming industry and familiarity with anime content and industry preferred but not mandatory.
