Own and operate the security controls and network architecture for Zenoti's multi-cloud, multi-tenant SaaS platform ensuring redundancy, failover, and secure connectivity across AWS and Azure.
Automate network and security operations using infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred), policy-as-code, automated evidence collection, and certificate lifecycle management.
Lead detection engineering, incident response, compliance mapping (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA), DR and ransomware recovery architecture, and provide risk reporting and architectural leadership to engineering and executive teams.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years designing and operating infrastructure in Azure (primary) and AWS with expertise in cloud networking and security.
Deep expertise with cloud network services: vWAN/hub-spoke, ExpressRoute/VPN, BGP, DNS, firewalls, WAF, load balancing, and cross-cloud connectivity issues.
Strong automation skills with production IaC (Terraform strongly preferred), CI/CD integration, and scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multi-tenant SaaS architectures with tenant isolation, blast-radius considerations, and compliance with GDPR and regional data laws.
Possesses deep security fundamentals including TLS/PKI, IAM, SIEM tuning, and vulnerability management in hybrid cloud environments.
Comfortable operating and securing Kubernetes workloads and databases, migrating legacy environments to secure baselines without outages, and communicating technical risk clearly to leadership and auditors.
