Lead solution design and architecture activities for Liquidity Risk, IRRBB, ALM, and Balance Sheet Management initiatives, including applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, and security.
Coordinate with senior business and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess solution options, and support implementation phases including testing, migration, and production readiness.
Identify and mitigate risks, control gaps, and performance constraints; promote reusable design patterns, automation, operational resilience, and quality standards across teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Data, Finance, Banking or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
8 to 12 years of experience in solution design or engineering within financial services technology, specifically involving multi-team and multi-platform delivery.
Strong knowledge of Treasury, Liquidity Risk, IRRBB, ALM, regulatory reporting, and operational resilience.
Working technical experience with Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, SQL, cloud/hybrid environments, data pipelines, APIs, security, and custom UI design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading complex financial technology solution designs for Treasury and Risk domains operating across multiple global teams and platforms.
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Technology, Architecture, Data, and Operations with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiar with or interested in advanced AI productivity tools and enterprise AI solution concepts to enhance solution design and delivery.
