About This Role

Lead functional support for Oracle P2P production issues, ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence.

Track and report development initiatives, programs, and risks related to Procure to Pay applications to senior technology leadership.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver BRDs, testing support, UAT issue resolution, and production migration for enhancements and regulatory change requests.

Minimum Requirements

15+ years experience with Oracle ERP modules, particularly Procure to Pay suite (R12.1.3 or higher).

Strong skills in Oracle P2P modules including Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, or Project Accounting.

Proficiency in SQL/PL SQL, Oracle debugging, workflows, and ITIL support processes.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in complex Oracle ERP production support and functional business analysis for P2P process.

Demonstrates strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client/user requests and deadlines.

Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating with senior technology managers and business stakeholders.
