Minimum Requirements
7-12 years of relevant experience in business analysis or related roles.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with Python scripting (Pandas, NumPy), advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query), JIRA and Confluence usage, and SQL query writing.
Must have strong data analysis skills and proven ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels to elicit and document business requirements effectively.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and delivering complex IT/business analysis projects in a technology-driven environment with minimal supervision.
Strong communicator with technical and stakeholder management skills, capable of acting as SME and advisor to senior stakeholders and junior analysts.
Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams including development and QA, with demonstrated ability in user story creation, backlog management, and end-to-end UAT leadership.
