About This Role

Manage production support activities for Citi's Third-party Source to Pay technology/Supply Chain functions, focusing on Oracle ERP Procure to Pay modules.

Track and report portfolio of development initiatives, programs, risks, and issues to Technology Business Heads with high visibility.

Handle complex functional queries, ensure timely resolution adhering to SLAs, and coordinate with stakeholders for BRDs, UAT support, and production migration.

Minimum Requirements

5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP, specifically Procure to Pay modules (AP, AR, iSupplier) and Oracle version R12.1.3 or higher.

Strong SQL/PL SQL skills and knowledge of Oracle data models, workflows, customization, and integration.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience with production support processes and ITIL support frameworks.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in Oracle ERP production support and enhancement projects within P2P and financial modules.

Skilled in problem-solving using Oracle debugging techniques and capable of analytical query writing.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and effectively coordinating with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
