Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and validation for Enterprise Application enhancements and implementations, mainly on SAP Concur (CTE), Fieldglass, and middleware tools.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver complex integrations and ensure timely delivery of BRDs, UAT support, and production migration.
Provide analytical support through complex query writing, debugging, and problem-solving to support program management and business performance insights.
Minimum Requirements
10-12 years of experience with Enterprise platforms like SAP, specializing in Concur (CTE), Fieldglass, Data warehouse, and middleware tools.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of travel and expense processes, SAP integrations, and SQL/PL SQL query skills.
Work Experience Required: 10-12 years in relevant SAP Enterprise platform business analysis roles.

Experienced in managing end-to-end SAP platform implementations, enhancements, and upgrades with strong process knowledge in travel and expense workflows.
