Minimum Requirements
6+ years total professional experience.
Experience as a senior SAP S/4HANA eSPP Support Consultant (L2/L3) with strong configuration skills in eSPP parameters (EOQ/Safety Stock, Replenishment, DRP).
Proven experience using support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Solution Manager.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong domain knowledge in aftermarket parts planning, multi-echelon inventory optimization, and service supply chain dynamics.
Ability to work independently under tight SLA timelines while managing stakeholder communications effectively.
Experience in a structured support environment with a focus on problem-solving complex ABAP code issues and leading team feedback and improvements.
