Define development plans and acceptance criteria based on requirements.
Design, build, test, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable features in Java and React applications.
Ensure application performance, quality, and uptime by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs, enforcing code quality, and documenting technical details.
Minimum Requirements
8 to 14 years total experience with at least 9 years in Java J2EE.
Strong experience with Spring Boot and adherence to SOLID principles.
Minimum 4 years experience with ReactJS and strong JavaScript skills.
Proficient with SQL and databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL; experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift; familiar with DevOps best practices and tools like GITLAB/GITHUB and Maven.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full-stack development focusing on Java backend and React frontend within agile environments.
Able to embed development best practices and smart automation in daily work to enhance code maintainability and performance.
Familiar with microservices/devops pipelines, event sourcing architectures, and monitoring tools such as Kafka and Elastic Stack.
