Lead Analytics Consultant - PowerBI/Tableau/SQL

Advise business and company functions on strategies using performance metrics and complex data analysis to optimize profits and minimize losses within compliance standards.

Lead analytics projects and teams, provide mentorship, and collaborate strategically with senior managers to achieve business goals.

Develop, deploy, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, and other tools while ensuring compliance and driving process improvements.

5+ years of analytics experience.

5+ years of experience developing, deploying, and maintaining dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or ThoughtSpot.

4+ years of compliance and/or risk experience.

Work Experience Required: 5+ years in analytics with exposure to compliance and risk environments.

Experienced in advising business strategy through quantitative research and risk evaluation with a strong compliance mindset.

Skilled in end-to-end data visualization project lifecycle including tool selection, data sourcing, documentation, UAT, and production deployment.

Able to consult cross-functionally, translate complex technical needs, and lead teams with strong project management knowledge (Agile familiarity).
