Lead and deliver moderately complex software engineering initiatives within the Workday HCM domain, including integrations and application development.
Design, develop, test, debug, and document Workday solutions such as Studio, Orchestrations, and Business Process rules related to Compensation and Benefits.
Provide technical guidance, act as escalation point, and collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to resolve challenges and meet client requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent (work, training, military, education).
Experience with Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Orchestrations) specifically for participant information exchange with benefits carriers.
Experience developing Workday applications related to Compensation and Benefits modules, including creating/modifying Business Process Eligibility rules.
Experience working in Agile teams and knowledge of Scrum processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong Techno-Functional expertise in Workday Core HR, Compensation, or Benefits modules with hands-on development experience.
Comfortable with Workday Developer Agent, GitHub Copilot, and Workday security and reporting tools (Report Writer, Advanced Reporting).
Able to analyze business requirements, write technical specifications, and translate user stories into technical solutions in an Agile environment.
