Finance Manager

Prepare and communicate financial analysis, forecasts, and management insights to support business decisions.

Build and maintain complex financial models, including forecasts, sensitivity and scenario analyses, and financial statement modeling.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure quality through detailed data reviews and variance investigations.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, financial modeling, or related area (4+ years if candidate holds a master’s degree).

Hands-on experience with financial ERP and EPM systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion/Cloud EPM, SmartView).

Role based in Bangalore, India; full-time position.

Experienced with direct financial data extraction, reconciliation, and working with source systems to ensure reporting accuracy.

Strong ability to interpret complex financial results and translate them into practical, actionable business insights.

Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences, adapting communication of complex financial and operational information to stakeholders including senior leadership.
