Minimum Requirements
Approximately 5 years of experience in cost management.
Degree in Civil Engineering (BE / B.Tech) or equivalent.
Work Experience Required: Proven track record in cost management field.
Location: On-site at Gurugram, Haryana.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in real estate led development projects with ability to manage small to medium projects independently.
Capability to interpret client briefs and create delivery plans with minimal supervision.
Possesses commercial knowledge and technical capability relevant to cost and value drivers in construction projects.
