Manage day-to-day administration and operations of IFM soft services, including housekeeping and facility services for client campus.

Ensure achievement of Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements, and financial targets set by Facilities Manager and Assistant Facilities Manager.

Oversee onsite shift supervisors and manage supply of consumables, vendor invoicing, compliance, reporting, and health & safety procedures.

3-5 years experience in Facilities Management.

Graduate in any discipline; tertiary qualifications in hotel management, building management, or business are desirable but not mandatory.

Strong knowledge of occupational safety requirements and proficiency in PC systems for daily operations management.

Onsite work location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India; Scheduled weekly hours: 48.

Experienced in managing integrated facilities management soft services with client interaction and vendor coordination.

Demonstrated ability to meet service delivery goals, achieve cost savings initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in facility management.

Capable of leading and motivating onsite teams, managing compliance, and handling emergency procedures effectively.
