Assistant Manager - Technology Transformation

Manage end-to-end global transformation projects across multiple senior stakeholders, ensuring deliverables are completed on scope, schedule, and budget.

Own workstream deliverables from planning to completion, escalating risks related to scope, budget, or timeline.

Drive measurable improvements in cost, productivity, or capability by implementing transformation initiatives and reporting benefits to sponsors.

6-8 years experience managing local and global projects, preferably in Consulting (e.g. Big4) or large scale global change & transformation.

Experience leading transformation projects spanning people, process, and technology with measurable impact such as cost saved or time reduced.

Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management/change management certifications is a plus.

Location: On-site at Gurugram; ability to work across multiple geographies and time zones.

Experienced in handling complex global transformation projects requiring stakeholder management across multiple regions and cultures.

Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering measurable improvements through process, people, and technology changes.

Operationally focused with hands-on approach, able to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong organizational and escalation skills.
