Design, develop, and maintain Veeva Vault platform applications, including custom reports, SDKs, interfaces, and enhancements for R&D Veeva Vaults.
Lead day-to-day operations, maintenance, and incident response of Amgen’s Veeva Vaults and related hosted applications to ensure availability and performance.
Operate CI/CD pipelines, environment provisioning, monitoring, and implement automated testing and security scans to maintain system integrity.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
5–9 years of work experience in IT, Information Systems, or related field; experience in global pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Mandatory Veeva Vault Platform Administrator or equivalent Vault Certification.
Must be willing and able to work later shifts including evenings or nights as per business needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated strong experience specifically with Veeva Vault platform configuration, custom development, and GxP regulated environment projects.
Proficient in software development lifecycle processes within Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git).
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and QA teams in a regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environment.
