Manage and optimize Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms including workflows, integrations, and reporting.
Develop automation and API integrations to support cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and access governance processes with focus on efficiency and audit readiness.
Collaborate across functions (Legal, Cybersecurity, Internal Audit, Technology) to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations, and evaluate AI applications to enhance GRC and IAM operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or Business Administration.
4+ years relevant experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or Information Technology.
Knowledge of data protection laws such as EU-GDPR and CCPA/CPRA is required.
Certifications preferred (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, PCIP, QSA, CISA).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing and automating GRC and IAM platforms with cross-functional collaboration skills to balance compliance and business needs.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity privacy compliance frameworks and legal requirements with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
Capable of leveraging technology including APIs and AI to drive process improvements in risk, compliance, and identity governance domains.
