Recruiter

Manage full-cycle recruiting for site hourly employees including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Process background checks and drug tests for new hires.

Participate in recruitment events like job fairs and assist in developing monthly HR metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.

Work location: Must be comfortable working from office in Thane.

Experienced in managing multiple job requisitions simultaneously with operational hiring ownership.

Able to evaluate candidate communication skills and cultural fit effectively.

Capable of contributing to recruitment analytics and HR metrics reporting.
