Minimum Requirements
4-9 years of proven experience in Embedded Systems software development.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology or equivalent.
Proficiency in embedded software design and development using C++/C and RTOS (ThreadX required, FreeRTOS preferred).
Experience in software development in the medical or highly regulated industry with knowledge of IEC 62304, FDA guidance, and related medical device regulatory standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in embedded software development with strong expertise in ARM architecture and interfacing protocols (USB, ethernet, I2C, SPI, UART, Timers).
Proven ability to work within agile frameworks, preferably with exposure to SAFe, and understanding of SDLC, V model, safety concepts, and FMEA.
Capable of taking technical ownership and providing architectural direction in a multi-disciplinary team environment in a regulated industry.
