Drive continuous improvement in safety culture, monitor EHS KPIs, and coordinate with clients, auditors, and authorities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, Engineering or relevant field.
8 to 15+ years of progressive experience in project management and/or related EHS roles with prior supervisory experience managing EHS operations across different locations or regions.
Strong knowledge of Indian statutory EHS regulations and compliance.
NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA certification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced at managing regional/multi-location EHS operations with strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in risk assessment, incident investigation, safety audits, and emergency management within Indian regulatory context.
Capable of driving EHS policy enforcement, safety culture development, and coordinating effectively with external stakeholders such as clients and statutory authorities.
