Ensure accurate completion and timely management of shipment documents including customs filings and invoices.
Serve as primary liaison between Customer Service Operations, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve shipment issues and provide regular status updates.
Minimum Requirements
2-3 years of direct experience in freight forwarding or logistics handling end-to-end shipments.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Knowledge of customs filing procedures and shipping related export/import documentation.
Base location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating in fast-paced freight forwarding environments with multi-tasking capability.
Proficient in freight forwarding software and MS Office tools for shipment tracking and documentation management.
Comfortable working independently and coordinating across multiple internal and external teams to ensure compliance with service KPIs.
