Minimum Requirements
2–5 years of backend development experience.
Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Springboot, Kafka, and React technologies.
Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, multithreading, memory management, and system design.
Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), SQL query optimization, and RESTful Web Services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building high-performance distributed systems with a focus on backend Java development.
Familiar with AI-powered development tools and modern Java AI frameworks for integrating generative AI capabilities.
Has knowledge of cloud-native development including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
