Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: Extensive experience in Full Stack Software Engineering within complex enterprise environments.
Strong back-end development skills using Java, Spring Boot; experience with REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures.
Proficiency with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), DevSecOps tools (OpenShift/Kubernetes, GitLab, JIRA, SonarQube), CI/CD pipelines, DevOps and automated testing practices.
Degree Requirement: Computer Science degree or equivalent understanding of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures).
Location Requirement: Pune-based role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in corporate banking or payments technology environments, familiar with distributed systems and high-volume transaction processing.
Technical leader capable of mentoring engineers, driving technology strategy, and influencing architectural decisions.
Comfortable operating in Agile environments with experience in DevSecOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern software engineering practices.
