Support migration to a modern web-based architecture (ASP.NET Core/Blazor) with senior engineer guidance; maintain automated tests and participate in code reviews.
Minimum Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on software development experience.
Proficient in VB.NET and .NET Framework; experience with T-SQL and SQL Server including query optimization and stored procedures.
Experience developing and maintaining WinForms desktop applications with multi-document interface (MDI).
Fluent English communication skills (C1 level or equivalent).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable operating in a Microsoft technology stack with experience in VB.NET, WinForms, SQL Server, and exposure to modern .NET web frameworks like ASP.NET Core/Blazor.
Able to translate business billing workflow requirements into technical solutions and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders.
Interested in gradually increasing technical ownership and contributing to system modernization and migration efforts under engineer mentorship.
