Own successful onboarding of customer fleets into data platform within SLA, focusing on data integration pipelines and validation using SQL and data formats like CSV/JSON/XML.
Resolve complex Level 2 data ingestion and SQL issues within defined SLAs, develop troubleshooting standards, and reduce recurring issues through reusable SQL scripts.
Drive process improvements by identifying root causes of onboarding/data issues, enhancing workflows and validations, and maintaining up-to-date documentation and knowledge base.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or equivalent.
4 to 8 years of experience in Application/Production Support Engineer role using SQL Server.
Willingness to work European shifts.
Experience with SQL Server, master data management systems (Profisee, Informatica MDM), data transformation workflows using CSV/JSON/XML formats.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in data onboarding and technical support within production environments, especially with SQL Server and complex data ingestion issues.
Familiar with reusable troubleshooting scripts and driving process optimizations to reduce recurring problems.
Comfortable working across functions, escalating product defects, and collaborating with development and product teams to improve onboarding standards.
