Provide L2 technical operations and advanced troubleshooting for AWS and Azure environments, focusing on compute, networking, storage, databases, IAM, and load balancing.
Analyze operational metrics, logs, and traces using Datadog, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor to diagnose and remediate issues within ITIL-aligned processes including incident, problem and change management.
Support 18x7 AWS & Azure managed operations including capacity, performance reviews, patching, automation execution, and maintaining technical documentation and runbooks.
Minimum Requirements
4-7 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure operations with L2 troubleshooting for AWS and Azure.
Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure core services including compute, networking (VPC/VNet, routing, security groups/NSGs), storage, backup, database, IAM, and load balancing.
Experience with Datadog, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor for metrics, logs, traces, and event analysis.
Ability to support rotational 18x7 operations and knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, change, and major incident management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multi-business-unit AWS and Azure cloud operational environments with focus on L2 troubleshooting and operational readiness.
Comfortable with scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash to support automation and remediation.
Able to operate within governance, security, and change management frameworks and maintain detailed operational documentation for 18x7 managed services.
