Security Software Engineer

Own the design, delivery, maintenance, and secure lifecycle of Teradyne’s AI-assisted security applications, starting with the Cyber Incident Response Platform.

Ensure all applications meet high security standards for sensitive incident data via secure SDLC practices, vulnerability management, and application hardening.

Define and enforce engineering standards for secure AI-assisted development, including validation of AI-generated code and secure integration with enterprise security tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

5-7+ years combined software engineering and application security with experience shipping production applications.

Proficiency in Python plus at least one modern language; experience with SAST, DAST, secure SDLC, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and securing cloud environments.

Location: Bangalore, India only; no visa sponsorship or relocation offered.

Experienced hands-on engineer combining deep application security skills with software engineering to own complex security platforms end to end.

Background or strong interest in cybersecurity/product security, especially in incident response tooling, vulnerability management, and regulatory compliance.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with security operations, product security, and IT teams, and in validating AI-assisted code securely.
