Lead Technical Trainer

Lead the delivery of technical and product training programs for internal and external audiences, including classroom, virtual, and on-site sessions.

Develop and maintain training content, learning materials, assessments, and manage training records and effectiveness metrics.

Collaborate with global teams and business units to support customer engagement, competency development, onboarding, and digital learning platforms.

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.

10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Railway Signaling, Rail Transportation, or Safety-Critical Systems.

Strong technical knowledge of Signaling Systems, Axle Counters, and Train Detection Technologies preferred.

Experience in technical training, content development, and customer-facing roles; proficiency in presentation, facilitation, and LMS tools.

Experienced professional with deep domain expertise in railway signaling or safety-critical rail systems and strong technical training skills.

Able to manage end-to-end training programs and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.

Comfortable supporting customer engagement and developing competency programs with digital learning tools and training data analytics.
