Lead simplification and modernization of TotalCtrl's large, legacy PHP Laravel and Vue.js codebase to deliver faster, simpler workflows and a consistent front-end experience.
Drive engineering excellence by introducing code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and mentoring developers to improve quality and delivery pace.
Collaborate with Lead Developer and AI Architect to integrate AI features into the product and influence architectural and technical roadmap decisions.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of professional PHP development experience with deep Laravel expertise (Eloquent, queues, events, policies, testing).
Strong recent experience in Vue.js (Vue 3, Composition API, Pinia or Vuex) for building complex business applications.
Proven ability to refactor and modernize large legacy codebases while live.
Strong relational database skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server), including schema design, query optimization, and indexing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
