Manage data operations including incident resolution and process optimization for efficiency and reliability in production environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, availability, documentation, and adherence to governance and security frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in data operations, data engineering, or similar roles.
Proficiency in Azure data services, Python, SQL, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub), and data pipeline tools; knowledge of Azure Functions and Kafka required.
Familiarity with ticket management tools like BMC Helix, JIRA, and documentation tools like Confluence.
