Conduct functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and cross-browser testing for public-facing websites and web applications.
Validate user journeys, forms, links, navigation, CTAs, and integrations across devices and screen sizes.
Identify and report bugs and UX/content/navigation issues with detailed reproduction steps and collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in web/website QA testing, especially public-facing websites.
Strong understanding of responsive design and web usability.
Experience with testing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, browser developer tools, and APIs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced QA professional with a focus on both functional and UX aspects of website testing.
Comfortable working closely with multi-disciplinary teams including developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers.
Knowledge or experience in UX writing, accessibility (WCAG), SEO, CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal), and design tools like Figma is a competitive advantage.
