Manage end-to-end performance engineering and testing delivery for key projects covering web, mobile, and hybrid applications.
Own the full lifecycle including requirements gathering, test design, scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting of performance testing.
Perform root cause analysis of performance issues across UI, middleware, and backend layers and provide actionable recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
5-10 years of experience in performance engineering/testing.
Strong skills in JMeter including Groovy, JSR223, Web HTTP, Selenium WebDriver scripting.
Proficiency in scripting with TypeScript/JavaScript (Playwright) and programming in SQL plus one language such as Java or Python.
Experience with performance monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana, AWS CloudWatch, and client-side tools like Lighthouse and Sitespeed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in comprehensive performance testing environments spanning front-end and back-end layers with solid monitoring and profiling tool knowledge.
Capable of independent project ownership from planning to delivery and skilled in root cause identification and solution implementation.
Comfortable adapting to evolving technologies and capable of developing in-house tools or enhancements, with bonus points for AI/ML or advanced load testing tools expertise.
