Own and enhance test automation strategy and frameworks within HPE Hybrid Cloud's next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake.
Lead and execute software testing across SDLC including functional, regression, and scale testing with a strong focus on AI workflows and tooling.
Collaborate effectively across distributed teams using Agile methodology and tools like Jira and Confluence to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
8+ years of relevant experience in software testing and automation.
Mandatory skills: Python programming, SDLC knowledge, AI tools and workflows, Storage domain knowledge (Block/File/Object File System), Networking concepts, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools (Git/GitLab, Jenkins), Linux/VM environments.
Onsite work requirement at HPE office as role is designed to be onsite.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading automation strategy with hands-on programming and AI-based SDLC understanding.
Strong domain expertise in Storage protocols, data path testing, and hybrid cloud platforms.
Proven ability to collaborate in geographically distributed, cross-functional Agile teams using modern software development and project management tools.
