Ref Data Mgmt Analyst 2 - C10

Oversee and contribute to creation and maintenance of customer accounts, security, and pricing data across multiple systems and teams.

Identify data quality and client service improvement opportunities; act as backup for manager and provide team guidance, performance evaluation, and training recommendations.

Manage and deliver project initiatives, supervising junior staff to ensure their task delivery while assessing risk and ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards.

6-8 years experience in asset servicing, corporate action, capital markets, equity, stocks, securities, and derivatives.

Experience with corporate actions announcement and scrubbing within a global financial services organization.

Preferred background in client custody, services, fund accounting, and reconciliation.

Willingness to work flexible shifts between 4AM to 2AM IST.

Experienced in managing teams and handling client escalations independently within capital markets or asset servicing.

Demonstrates process improvement capabilities within financial services operations.

Strong understanding of reference data management and operational risk compliance in a global financial institution environment.
