Algorithm Developer

Design, develop, and deploy analytics, machine learning, and optimization solutions to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and business performance in semiconductor environments.

Analyze complex operational data and build predictive models and decision-support tools connecting productivity improvements to customer and business outcomes.

Drive end-to-end project execution including solution development, deployment, adoption tracking, and continuous improvement with cross-functional collaboration.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related technical field.

3 to 7 years of experience in algorithm development, analytics, machine learning, industrial engineering, or related roles.

Strong proficiency in Python and experience with SQL, JMP, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or similar analytics/visualization tools.

Work Experience Required: 3 to 7 years in relevant technical roles.

Engineering-oriented algorithm developer who solves operational and customer-facing challenges using data-driven approaches.

Ability to translate analytical insights into measurable business outcomes with a strong execution focus.

Experienced in collaborating with global cross-functional teams to influence stakeholders and drive solution adoption.
